George Keough, M.D.

George C. Keough, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive experience in medical and surgical dermatology. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame, and his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Following an internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Dr. Keough attended the US Army Flight Surgeons Course, followed by completing his dermatology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Keough was awarded the position of Chief of Dermatology Service at Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Fort Gordon, Georgia, where he was also a member of the volunteer faculty at the Medical College of Georgia. Upon departure from the Army, Dr. Keough practiced as a Partner in Knoxville, TN for 23 years, and served as the dermatologic consultant to the University of Tennessee’s Sports Medicine program.
