Sculptra for the Face

Sculptra, unlike other dermal fillers, may be used in a variety of locations on the face. Another disadvantage of other fillers is that they can only be used on specific regions of the face, such as the eyes or just the cheeks.

Unlike other fillers, Sculptra treatments work just as well on all areas of your face, such as:

  • Your cheeks and cheekbones
  • Areas around the nose
  • Areas around the mouth
  • Around the chin area
  • Under-eye areas

Sculptra for the Neck

Sculptra is a collagen stimulant that may modify the structure of your jawline. Due to their bone structure, this is often the best non-invasive alternative for weak jawlines.

For persons who have jowls and wish to alter the form of their jaw, the Sculptra treatment for the neck region is a wonderful alternative.

Sculptra is a filler that can plump the skin around and above the jowls, resulting in a smoother appearance.

Sculptra for the Body – Skin Tightening

Sculptra can be used to tighten loose skin on a wide variety of body areas. Areas that would benefit from this include but are not limited to the arms, chest, and tummy. Sculptra may help decrease cellulite appearance and severity by allowing our skin to stretch by aiding in the formation of collagen. Sculptra is a non-surgical procedure for body contouring that has a quicker recovery period than traditional surgical procedures.

Sculptra is a painless, safe, and quick dental procedure that most people can undergo without the need for anesthesia. Treatments are most effective at two to three months when your body will produce its own collagen. In general, patients require more than one treatment. Yearly touch-ups are frequently sufficient to keep the result at the specified level of correction.

The most common areas for lifting and tightening are:

  • Belly Area
  • Back of the arms
  • Forearms
  • The inner thighs
  • The buttocks
  • Knee areas
  • Décolletage and chest area

SCULPTRA Aesthetic FAQs

Sculptra Aesthetic is a volumizing substance produced from poly-l-lactic acid that encourages the body to generate new collagen, replacing lost natural volume with time. Sculptra Aesthetic works gradually, and outcomes can range from 6 weeks to 3 months.

The number of Sculptra treatments you may need will vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Typically, one to three sessions are required, four to six weeks apart.

Sculptra Aesthetic has been approved by the FDA and is intended to last two years, although results have been shown to last much longer. However, there are no evidence-based research papers or clinical trials to back up these findings. A patient who has had three treatments should anticipate a better outcome than someone that has only received one.

Swelling, redness, and bruising are all possible side effects. It is perfectly acceptable to resume normal activities once you feel comfortable with the way you look.

Lidocaine is a numbing agent for the Sculptra procedure (aesthetic). Minor soreness is to be expected. Numbing injections and vibration are used to alleviate pain and discomfort.

Tenderness, redness, itching, bruising, and swelling are all common side effects of the injection. The majority of these side effects heal on their own in 3 to 7 days without any treatment. In rare circumstances, bruises can take up to 14 days to heal.

Immediately after your treatment, you will experience some swelling in your treatment area, giving it the appearance of greater volume. However, the swelling should disappear within a few days, making it appear as if you didn’t have anything done. The body will begin producing collagen in the coming weeks. Most people notice changes after about three weeks. Over the next three months, results will gradually improve.
