Louisa offers this advice when choosing sunscreen: 
“When choosing a sunblock, remember to pay attention to the ingredients rather than just the SPF number.  The SPF number only indicates UVB protection, but you need a sunblock that is ‘broad-spectrum’ and protects from both UVA and UVB.  Look for ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide.”
