Jennifer Fabrizi, PA-C

Jennifer Fabrizi is a board-certified physician assistant who has been practicing medicine since graduating from King’s College in 1999. She was born at Fort Bragg Army Hospital in Fayetteville, NC and mostly grew up in Pennsylvania. She continued her quest for knowledge and advancement by completing her Master of Science through the University of Nebraska in 2001. She started her career as a Physician Assistant 25 years ago in the Emergency Department but always had a strong interest in skin health and aesthetics. In addition, she also practiced in Neurosurgery and Urgent Care before following her passion and joining a private Dermatology & Aesthetics practice in 2010.

Jennifer is passionate about overall wellness, health optimization, beauty enhancement, anti-aging and longevity! She believes beauty is optimized from the inside out using an integrated approach focusing on diet, lifestyle, stress management, sleep, exercise, hormone balancing and human optimization. Her passion for aesthetics is to enhance each patient’s natural beauty with Botox and Fillers to make them look more youthful without looking overdone. She continues to enhance her injector skills by attending various trainings & conferences while continuously researching the latest trends and advancements in Aesthetic Medicine. In addition, she is trained in the minimally invasive skin tightening and rejuvenation treatment, Ellacor, and is excited to offer this cutting-edge technology at Germain Dermatology. Her primary focus is to create the best comprehensive aesthetic plan for each individual patient.

Jennifer lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Rick, and their four children, Rocco, Marco, Camilla, and Franco in addition to their two dogs, Nash and Tuck. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family & friends, lifting weights, beach walks, biking, and just being outside (with sunscreen, of course)! Her favorite things about working at Germain Dermatology are the fun and supportive environment, the family atmosphere amongst patients and staff, and the growth mindset. Jennifer practices at the Mount Pleasant and John’s Island offices and is accepting new patients.
