 I would like to compliment the person who assisted me on my last visit. What I can say is each time I visit the practice I am treated as a valued patient whose comfort and care is of the highest priority. Each staff member makes a point to say a warm hello and to ask if I need assistance. It is refreshing in these times when "customer service" is merely a slogan to actually see it in action. "I love Dr. Germain. This picture of my sister and I was taken last night, I wasn't wearing any makeup except for mascara! I saw her in July and I'm just so happy with her work. So amazing. I live in Australia but am American and just so happy, she did everything others couldn't. I am so happy. I even let my boyfriend see me without makeup on! I cannot describe how happy I am and how much clearer my skin is and how many compliments I get on my skin! 

We both had pretty bad skin 3 months ago.
